Does online consultation replace an in-person dental examination?
Not always. An in-person examination and diagnostic imaging may be required before a definitive diagnosis or treatment plan.
How do I pay for the consultation?
The website displays UPI and bank transfer details. After payment, enter the Transaction ID or UTR; no payment screenshot is required.
What happens after I submit the form?
Payment is verified, the information is reviewed, and the patient is contacted for the next step.
Can I complete the consultation form in Hindi or Gujarati?
Yes. Choose English, Hindi or Gujarati using the form language selector. Your selection is saved with your consultation.
Does entering a UTR confirm my payment?
No. A UTR is a transaction reference. Your payment must be verified before the next stage of the consultation.
Can I upload a report with my dental photograph?
Yes. The form includes a dental photo field and an optional X-ray or report field. A payment screenshot is not required.
What kind of dental photograph should I upload?
Use bright, even light and keep the phone steady. Include the full tooth or gum area and avoid filters, glare and blurry images.
Can I choose a preferred appointment time?
Yes. Choose a morning, afternoon, evening or any-available-time preference in the consultation form. The clinic will confirm availability after reviewing your request.
What should I do if I have severe swelling or trouble breathing?
Online consultation is not for emergencies. Severe swelling, trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding or serious injury needs urgent in-person medical or dental care.
How will the clinic contact me after review?
The clinic uses the phone or WhatsApp number submitted in your form. Please keep your phone available and check that your contact details are correct.
